1. Stack the workpieces and plates in an orderly manner ，to keep the laser, the body and the surrounding environment clean, orderly, and free of grease. When equipment malfunctions, non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling, repairing or modifying the equipment.

2.When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing the welding wires to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders should comply with gas cylinder supervision regulations. It is forbidden to explode gas cylinders in the sun or close to heat sources.

3.Keep the internal circulating water clean. Clean the water tank of the laser welding machine regularly and replace with deionized water or pure water.

4. Before starting the machine, make sure that the water level in the water tank is within the marked position. Check the water level of the water tank every week, and change the water tank as required, otherwise the equipment may not work normally or even be damaged. Clean the surface of the water tank as required, otherwise it may cause electric leakage and electric shock.

5. Do not place flammable and explosive materials on the laser light path or where the laser beam can be irradiated to avoid fire and explosion。

6. When the machine is working, the circuit is in a state of high voltage and strong current. It is strictly forbidden to touch the circuit components in the machine while working;

7. The laser of the laser welding machine is the light energy radiation emitted by excitation, which is high intensity light. The laser emitted by the laser source is generally considered to have no physical damage when it is not in contact or visible; however, laser welding can generate ionizing radiation and stimulated radiation during the welding process. This induced radiation will not affect the eyes and body.

Although the laser beam is small, the operator usually likes to stare at the beam of the welding machine, but if the sparks generated by cutting and welding for a long time are harmful to the eyes, it will sting. The retina is a very sensitive organ, so in the case of long-term viewing of the light source, you must wear protective glasses. A good shading system can eliminate the laser's irritation to the eyes during work. Workers need to wear professional welding protective clothing when welding. Avoid direct or scattered laser light to cause damage.

8. Note that after using the machine, be sure to place the laser head, don't throw it away randomly, and prevent the laser head from falling to the ground. Because there are many precision parts in the laser head, it is easy to be damaged once it falls to the ground. It is recommended to fix the laser head in one position after each use.

9. All staff must be trained before using the machine. The machine is not allowed to be used without training to avoid personal injury.

10.. Cannot be used together with traditional argon arc welding machines, etc.

To separate the wires. When working with traditional welding machines such as argon arc welding, try to keep a long distance. The instantaneous current of traditional welding is relatively large, which will affect the micro-motor inside the cutting head.

11. Maintenance and maintenance during long-term parking

When the handheld laser cleaning machine is parked for a long time, pay attention to the placement of the laser head. If necessary, it is best to fix it in one place to avoid collision and smash the lens in the laser head. Remember to seal the nozzle when the laser machine is not used for a long time. , to prevent dust from entering.

12. Before using the welding machine, please check to ensure that the chiller contains enough cooling water/cooling liquid. If it is cooling water, please ensure the water quality and use deionized water (impure water quality will reduce the cooling efficiency and block the cooling system, Even damage the machine), when it is below 0 ℃ in winter, it needs to be filled with antifreeze, and the water needs to be drained if it is not used for a long time.
